I am a Colorado Springs native and I could not imagine living anywhere else, so what better place to practice Real Estate than in my own hometown, that I know and love. Because I’ve lived in Colorado Springs my whole life, I have a vast knowledge of the area and market. I have a network of local resources and professionals that I work with, that will help ensure a smooth and unsurpassed transaction. I have been very blessed to be a military wife and embark upon special relationships with my military clients, many of which have turned into close friends and family.
When asked how long I have been in Real Estate, I always say, “I have been in Real Estate my whole life”. I was raised around it with my Grandmother, Bobbi Price being a legend in the Real Estate world, as well as, many other top producing agents in the nation. I was able to evaluate and learn the business from a very early age. This is where I learned my strong work ethic and personable client relations. After working in various other fields, I finally decided to go to into Real Estate, little did I know I would end up partnering with my grandmother.
After getting my license, I also have enjoyed acquiring my Military Relocation Professional, Accredited Buyer Representation, and Graduate Realtor Institute designations. I have a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and did post-graduate work in Business Marketing at Colorado State University. I worked behind the scenes in real estate for approximately 10 years. I was an Advertising Coordinator for many years, in which I coordinated a very complex real estate marketing plan. Advertising has taught me how important it is to actively and continuously keep our properties and our selves on the radar through multiple sources. I have worked in various career fields and have a background in real estate, psychology, research, marketing and promotions, leadership development, and event planning. I have also served as a member, board member, and/or officer to many non-profit organizations and groups. I believe giving back and staying active in my community is important.
I am an organized professional and I take pride in my dedication to service, commitment, integrity, and trust. I look at everything as a learning opportunity and I place a strong emphasis on my attention to detail, thorough communication, and protecting my clients’ best interests. I am in the business of helping people, so I understand that building strong relationships with my clients is the key to success. I have a passion for the business and am dedicated to getting results. I will continually strive to maintain the highest level of service and commitment.
